So today is the final day of my 12 Weeks Fitness Challenge... I can't believe how quickly it went by but I learned so much! And I can now make better choices my entire life! I've gained so many years back and so much energy. I never thought I would get them back in such a short period of time! I am so grateful for this awesome opportunity I was given and forever will be thankful!

Final Results:
I lost 42lbs, 10% body fat and 22 inches overall!!!

During today's cardio workout, I felt really tired. It was really hard to do the bike. Usually I don't have a problem with it but today I could tell my legs were tired and just need a break. Also, during my interval run, my right leg was giving me some trouble. I definitely need to stretch, foam roll & rest my body. Next week, I'll be taking a break from high intensity workouts but not from my diet. I will still do some light cardio and yoga. Then the following week, I will start it up again with boot camp! Tomorrow is the big day!!! I get final measurements done!!!

So today was my last day of boot camp during the challenge. I was nervous driving to the gym... I thought what is Scott going to have me do?!?!?!? And of course, he had me doing 2000 ropes! haha... Wow my arms and hands were shaking even after I was done with the workout!

In this video I talk about how my meals have been restricted and how I'm looking forward to adding back healthy grains back. I also talk about how I was nervous going into today's boot camp. I wasn't sure what crazy workout he had in store for me! HAHA. I share my plans for after the challenge.

Today was my last session with John... I'm going to miss that guy!!! During today's workout, we went through a series of exercises for my back & arms. He explained how there's so many muscles on your back and showed me different exercises to hit them. We also talked about the importance of stretching and continuing to use the foam roller.

Today was my last workout with Parker and he kicked my butt! We went through a lot of lower body exercises but the last exercise is what got me! We did burpees... (if you don't know what it is... please google it... they're killers but fun!) So while I was doing them, I totally wanted to quit but I started to think about how far I've come and I can't quit on my last week! I HAVE TO KEEP GOING!!! And that's how I got the strength to get through them!!!

I had a great workout today... I got there about 40 minutes before my session with John and I did some cardio. I did about 20 minutes of interval training on the treadmill & 20 minutes of stairs. I felt like the treadmill work went by really fast.... probably because I was listening to music and reading a magazine. Training with John was really good too! We went through some corrective exercises and making sure I have proper form on lunges!

I did my weigh in today and FINALLY the scale is moving again!!! I lost 4.5lbs!!! So glad the scale is moving again. The plan for next week is to lose at least 5lbs but I'm hoping for a 10. CROSSING MY FINGERS and will be working really hard to get to it!

I went to run outside... my goal was to do 2-3miles. I ended up doing 3 and felt great. I was jogging at a good pace. I did feel some lower back pain but it wasn't too bad to make me stop. It actually encouraged me to continue on with my journey beyond the 12 weeks. The more weight I lose and healthier I become, the better I will be at running and the back pain will go away! I also gave myself a little reward! I treated myself to some shopping. A much deserved shopping! :) haha!
